Moments

Moments are the notable points in a processed video, per face or speaker: slow answers, drops in engagement, reactions. They are not computed for a video until you ask for them, and they are charged once per video.

A 90-second video costs 10 credits (two started minutes), a 3-minute video costs 15, and a 20-second clip costs the 10-credit minimum. Moments are charged once per video: repeating a request, or recomputing after edits, trimming or reprocessing, costs nothing more.

Ask for Moments at upload

Send moments=true with the upload. Moments then run once the video's analysis finishes, and are billed with it: a single 402 covers both, and when your balance cannot cover them together nothing is charged and the video is not queued.

use_case is optional and tells Moments what the recording is: interview, product_testing (needs stimuli) or sales_call. Omit it when unsure.

If the video's first analysis fails, Moments is cancelled and you are not billed for it.

Ask for Moments later

For a video that is already processed:

You get	It means
200	Requested. The body is what GET /v2/videos/{video_id}/moments returns (status: computing, then ready). If Moments was already requested for this video, you get the current moments and are not charged again.
402	Not enough credits. Nothing was charged and Moments was not requested.
409	The video has not finished processing yet, or a request for the same video is already running. Retry later.

A delegated app calling this needs the media.write scope.

Poll while status is computing. ready returns the moments; unavailable with reason: not_requested means Moments has not been requested for the video yet.
